Mission Statement:
Hocking County Victim Services is a program dedicated to supporting crime survivors. We help reduce the trauma that survivors experience by empowering them to have a voice in the judicial system.
Services provided:
- Legal advocacy (Attend court with survivors of crime)
- Notification of court hearings
- Assistance with Civil Protection Orders
- Advocacy with other agencies
- Information and referrals to social service agencies
- Liaison between victims of crime and prosecutor and/or law enforcement
- Assist with Ohio Victim of Crime Compensation applications
